Convenient rental terms for expats:- no large advances, no annual rent increases, no agent`s fee. Monthly rent of US$600 to be paid month by month, collected at the beginning of each month. One-month refundable deposit collected at the signing of the contract and returned to the tenant at the end of the tenancy, provided nothing is damaged or broken (otherwise, only the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted and the balance returned).
